Target Haul

Hey Beauties,

This is going to be a short haul of just a few items I picked up on my recent trip to the US from Target and 2 things from Claire's.

Rhinestone Flower Contact Lens Case from Claire's
EOS Pomegranate Raspberry Shave Cream
Price $2.79 US
I've used it twice since I bought it and I've never had softer legs until I used this product. I love the lip balms and this new shave cream is my new BFF lol. As it says on the bottle it can be used wet or dry and I've tried both ways and I find I get a better result when its wet.. I'm also impressed that it lasts for about a week maybe less which I love.

Organix Thick & Full Shampoo
Price: $5.79 US

Biore Deep Charcoal Cleanser
Price: $6.49 US

Sally Hansen Nail Art Tool Kit & Studs
Price: $5.99 US each
Maybelline Mascara

Stay Matte Foundation in Ivory
Price: Review coming
E.L.F Eyebrow Gel
Price: $1 US

Clean and Clear Face wipes
Maybelline Face Wipes

Jergens Natural Glow Cream
Travel Size
Price: $ US
I couldn't wait to try this so I picked up a travel size Natural Glow Cream to test it out for a few weeks. I applied it on my arms and my neck area and it gave me a natural glow after a few hours. Most tanning lotions have a horrible scent but this one just smells like a good smelling cream. It's soo soft and moisturizing and long lasting.

Makeup Bag from Target
Price: $9.99 US
When I'm looking for a new makeup bag I always go to Target because they have the most cutest and affordable bags. I absolutely love this one because it had two sections which is perfect when I want to separate my makeup. The first thing that caught my eye was the beautiful color and pattern I absolutely love it. I also love the detail zipper chain and the lining inside. You wouldn't think something soo beautiful could cost only $10 at Target.

Products I'll be Reviewing:
  • Biore Makeup Wipes
  • St.Tropez Gradual Face Tan
  • Pro FX Top, base coat and strengthener
  • Glamoflauge concealer
  • Urban Decay Naked basic palette

Biore Makeup Wipes:

I've had these wipes now for about 6 months but just recently I started using them because I ran out of my Maybelline ones which are my favorite. I bought a few makeup wipes and this was my last brand I was going to try out.

My first impression once I opened it was the smell I really liked it. I can't really describe it but it's not an over powering scent its very soothing. Once I used it I felt like the towelette was a bit dry I don't know maybe that could be because I've had it for a few months now but I just felt I couldn't take out all my makeup. What I do like about it that it takes off waterproof mascara and eyeliner which I do like.

Overall I think its a good product but I still enjoy my Maybelline makeup wipes. I haven't found wipes that could beat them but maybe I'll give the Biore wipes another shot and do another review if they turn out good.

St.Tropez Gradual Face Tan:

I actually received a sample size bottle in my June Ipsy bag and I was happy I did because I have been really wanting to try it but wasn't sure if it would be good. That's why I love Ipsy you can try out sample size products before actually buying the full size.

My first impression was it didn't smell great which I find most self tanners have in common. Another thing is I didn't really find a big difference in color, maybe I have to use it more than twice but I didn't find any changes. I'm not going to give up on this product because it has great reviews so I will give it another shot.

Pro FX Top, Base Coat and Strengthener:

If your like me you probably like to change your nail color once or maybe twice a week depending on your mood or what not.

For the longest time I've been using "Seche Vite" as a top coat and "Seche Base" for bottom. Don't get me wrong these products are amazing and are really good, but are kind of pricey for such a little bottle. I was in the search for a good top/base coat and on a trip to Sally's I found the Pro FX product. It had a 3 in 1 protector which I was happy about and it was a pretty big bottle for the same price as a bottle of Seche Vite.

Glamoflauge Concealer:

I've had this product for over a year now and I'm not nearly done with it. All I could say is a little goes a long way and I mean it, you don't need much. The consistency is a bit thick and it matches my skin tone very well.

The reason I bought this was I was watching a video from "PinkSparkles" (she's a beauty guru on Youtube) and she mentioned it. She spoke very highly of it and I was in the search of a good concealer at the time so I gave it a go.

For a drugstore product I think it works really well, I haven't tried any high end ones but I have tried other drugstore ones and this is the best one I have found soo far. It's a pretty big tube and since you don't need much it's going to last you for a very long time. It definitely covers my blemishes very well as well as brightening under my eyes.

I definitely recommend trying it out if your in the search of a good and cheap concealer.

Urban Decay Naked Basic Palette:

I love Urban Decay especially the Naked palettes but they are kind of pricey that is why I'm hesitant to buy them but they are beautiful palettes. When I found they came out with the Naked Basics Palette I had to buy it even though it has 6 colors they are basic colors you would use everyday.

The pigment of each color is beautiful and shows up really well with or without primer. I absolutely love this palette and its small enough to put in my makeup bag. I'm really glad I bought it for one it was cheaper and the colors are matte which I like. And I found out 4 of the colors have never been seen in any other Naked palette which is a plus.

I hope you enjoyed my review on these products and try out some if you haven't already. I will be having more product reviews coming soon so look out for that.

Keep smiling :)
